The nearest restaurant is the Ivy Marlow, Piccolino or Zizzi. The nearest train station is at Marlow Station Approach, 8-10 min walk. The nearest paid parking is Institute Road car park (free overnight), free parking can be found on local streets further out of town. There is parking directly outside for one hour free if there is a space. The nearest supermarket is Sainsbury's local on the high street 1-2 minute walk

THE HOT TUB IS CURRENTLY OUT OF USE - Price is adjusted accordingly. We do not provide logs, kindling or fire lighters, but you are welcome to bring your own, Sainsbury's in Marlow carry a stock of logs and in Henley Waitrose or Toad Hall Garden Centre have stock in the colder months. As the property is located in the centre of Marlow High Street and is a listed building we would ask guests to expect a normal amount of town noise (if a central location is not for you why not check out one of our rural locations) Please ensure any outdoor furniture is taken indoors overnight or during bad weather. We are unable to give details of our Hosting Holidays Henley direct booking site via third parties Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date. One month stays are often available via Hosting Homes Henley All bedding provided is hypoallergenic We supply an initial supply of guest consumables only We provide a mid stay clean and linen change free of charge for stays longer than 2 weeks Stays during Henley Regatta are non refundable Please note, a refundable cautionary damage deposit will need to be paid before your stay starts.
