Each apartment – Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme – is thoughtfully designed with open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts you need, including hotel-quality linens and welcoming touches.
Ideal for couples, solo travellers, or friends visiting together, Three at Swiss Farm is a great base for exploring Henley or enjoying a quiet countryside break.

Three at Swiss Farm consists of three beautifully designed, individual apartments located side by side — ideal for groups traveling together who still value the privacy of their own space.
Each apartment includes:

The Neighborhood
The apartments is conveniently situated just outside Henley-On-Thames town centre, located within the Swiss Farm Touring & Camping Site. Additional parking can be arranged by contacting the Swiss Farm reception team. On-site amenities include a charming shop offering local produce and convenience items, as well as The Farm Kitchen Café & Restaurant, where you can enjoy freshly ground coffee, homemade cakes and pastries, hearty cooked meals, sandwiches, snacks, and a selection of soft drinks, beers, wines, and spirits.
The nearest pub is - The Bull on Bell Street – 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk
The nearest restaurant is – Coppa Club, Henley – 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk
The nearest train station is - Henley train station – 5 minute drive
The nearest supermarket is – Waitrose Henley - 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk

This is a booking for all 3 apartments, Sage, Rosemary & Thyme, if you only require a booking for one or two apartments, you can also find each apartment listed individually on our booking platforms.
- Park Shop located on site is open 9am - 5pm, which has a handy range of essentials.
- Bosley Park Honesty Shop - Visit the Bosley Park Honesty Shop for local produce, snacks and beverages,
- Swimming Pool - Open from late May to mid September.
- Additional parking options available at the Swiss Farm Touring & Camping Site upon request through the Swiss Farm reception team.
We are unable to give details of our Hosting Holidays direct booking site via third parties.
Please note if you have booked directly, 50% of your payment will be taken by card automatically when you make your booking online, the remaining 50% will be collected automatically, 5 days before your check in date.
One-month stays are available for our property-based listings via Hosting Homes Henley
All bedding provided is hypoallergenic.
We supply an initial supply of guest consumables only.
We provide a mid-stay clean and linen change free of charge for stays longer than 2 weeks.
Stays during Henley Regatta are sadly non-refundable.
Please note, a refundable cautionary damage deposit will need to be paid before your stay starts.
If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
