• This apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via a single flight of around 20 stairs. Please note there is no lift in the building. • Parking for one medium sized vehicle is included; vans are not permitted to park at the property as the parking space is sized for a medium sized vehicle only. • The sofa bed is suitable for 1 person only. • The TV is a Smart TV with access to streaming apps but is not connected to satellite channels. • The EV charger is currently not in use. • Early check-ins and late check-outs: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. However, for confirmed bookings, we offer discounted extensions (by adding an extra night before or after your stay) if you'd like to secure additional time. • Security cameras: Outdoor security cameras may be present for safety and monitoring purposes. • Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please note that top-ups or refills are not included during your stay. • Mid-stay service: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change. • Bookings: We are unable to share details of our Hosting Holidays (Henley-on-Thames) direct booking site via third-party platforms. • Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment is due upfront.
