Notes
One medium well-behaved dog is very welcome. Please note, there is an additional fee of £45.00 per dog, per week or short break and longer stays by negotiation. If you do need to bring more than one dog please talk to us, we will always try and be flexible. You need to let us know in advance if you will be bringing your dog with you. Please ensure any outdoor furniture is taken indoors overnight or during bad weather. All bedding provided is hypoallergenic. The house is located on one of the roads leading into the town, although the house is well insulated you may hear occasional road noise. Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £750 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit. Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.
